2020 Primary Ballot Filing Period Opens November 9th

If you are interested in applying to have your name on the Primary Ballot in 2020, the filing period opens on Saturday, November 9th. If the office you wish to run for is completely contained inside Williamson County you will need to file an application with the County Chairman, Steve Armbruster. If you are running for an office that includes more than one county, you will need to file your application with the RPT Chairman, James Dickey. You can download the application from the Secretary of State's website. You have until 6pm on December 9th to turn your application in to the appropriate authority. You may drop off the completed application at the office at 716 S Rock St., Georgetown, TX 78626, or you can make arrangements with Chairman Armbruster by contacting him directly at SteveTXgop@gmail.com or 512-956-6761. Chairman Armbruster will be at HQ on Saturday, November 9th from 9am until 2pm to accept applications on the first day of filing.
