Early voting in the May 11 Joint General and Special Elections continues from 7am – 7pm through Tuesday, May 7.  With election day falling on Mother’s Day weekend, please take advantage of early voting and make sure your voice is heard if you have races in your area.  To find your sample ballot, please click here.

Location: The Reagan Dinner will be in the ballroom of the Austin Marriott North in Round Rock’s La Frontera development.  The address is 2600 La Frontera Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78681.

Tickets: A limited number of individual tickets are available for $75 per person.  Contact us at info@williamsoncountygop.org or 512-635-6482  for more information or to reserve your ticket!   We had to give a meal guarantee to the hotel.  Because of this, we will need to bill no-shows for the cost of the ticket to cover our costs.

Schedule: 5:00pm – Registration, Silent Auction, and General Reception begins

5:45pm – Host Reception

7:00pm – Banquet begins

9:00pm – Banquet and silent auction ends

The Reagan Dinner should conclude by 9pm.  Winners in the live/silent auction should plan on paying for their items immediately after the dinner concludes.

Door Prizes: We will have several door prizes to be awarded during the live auction and the Distinguished service award presentation.  You must be present to win.

Dress: Suggested attire is business or “dressy business”.

Silent auction: The silent auction will begin at 5:00pm, and end at the conclusion of the dinner.  Winners are asked to pick up and pay for their items Monday evening.  A listing of some of the items that will be included in the auction can be found by clicking here.

Program:  US Senator John Cornyn will be the keynote speaker, and Texas House Speaker Joe Straus will be delivering the tribute to President Reagan.   District Judge, and presiding Judge of the 3rd Judicial District, Billy Ray Stubblefield will be serving as emcee for this year’s dinner.  Congressman John Carter, will be presenting the 2013 John R Carter Distinguished Service Award.

Payments: We can accept individual, PAC, and corporate contributions/payments.  We can accept cash, checks, or credit cards.  For credit cards, we prefer VISA or MasterCard.  If you need to use another card, please check with us to verify we can process it.
