    County Convention to be held on March 20th in Taylor

    The Williamson County Republican Party County Convention will be held on Saturday, March 20th, at Taylor High School.  Registration begins at 8:00am, and the convention will be called to order at 9:00am.  At this convention, we will hear from speakers, elect delegates to the state convention (Dallas – June 11/12), and adopt resolutions to forward to the state convention for consideration of inclusion in the 2010 Republican Party of Texas Platform.

    Those who were elected delegates/alternate delegates at your precinct convention will be able to vote, and will be sent additional information in the mail this week.  If you were not elected from your precinct conventon, you may still attend the convention as a visitor.

    Please RSVP your attendance by Wednesday, March 17, so that we can be sure to have enough space reserved.  Even if you were not elected as a delegate/alternate from your precinct, you may attend as a visitor.

    Election 2010 Ballot Information

    The filing period for the 2010 primary election is over. The Williamson County Republican Party is proud of the men and women who have stepped forward to ask for your vote in the March primary. With your participation, we will continue to elect candidates who are committed to maintaining the low crime rate and high quality of life we have come to expect in Williamson County.

    If you wish to have any choice in who will serve you in Congress, in District 20 of the Texas House, as County Treasurer, County Surveyor, or several other offices, you will need to educate yourself about the Republican candidates who have filed, and vote in the Republican Primary. Once again, we are the only party offering voters a choice in every office on the ballot.
