Temporary Chairman Hal Talton and the nominations committee are already hard at work on the list of delegates and alternate delegates to recommend for the 2010 Republican Party of Texas Convention in Dallas (June 11- 12). In order to track who is interested and able to attend, we are asking everyone to submit an application. Applications can be downloaded at http://www.williamsoncountygop.org/delapp.pdf. Completed applications can be given to Karen Adair-Murphy, Bill Fairbrother, emailed to info@williamsoncountygop.org, mailed to the party PO Box (PO Box 393, Round Rock, TX 78680), or left at the Georgetown Republican Party Headquarters(716 S. Rock Street).
The committee has announced its interview schedule. Interviews will be conducted as follows:
Tuesday, March 9, at 7:00pm – 9:00pm. Republican Headquarters. Georgetown
Saturday, March 13, 9:00am – noon . Republican Headquarters. Georgetown
Wednesday, March 17, 6:00pm – 7:30pm. Republican Headquarters. Georgetown.

Do I need to interview? New volunteers are encouraged to appear in person before the nominations committee. This generally means anyone who did not attend the 2008 county or state convention from Williamson County. Also, anyone whowas nominated as a delegate in 2008 but did not attend the convention should strongly consider meeting with the nominations committee.
